non fanno mica tutti agonismo i miei allievi....
è giusto anche dare riconoscimenti (ancorchè simbolici come può essere una cintura) anche a chi magari si allena seriamente e con impegno per anni ma per motivi suoi non gareggia.

Sparring di Free Fight...
Con il fratello dell'alenatore, la macchina da guerra...
Ho la gamba sinistra devastata dalle botte...
La gamba destra, le braccia e il petto pieni di strani segnacci rossi...
Tutti i muscoli distrutti dalla fatica...
Il labbro inferiore leggermente rotto...
Però lo ho colpito un paio di volte in faccia e l'ho anche costretto ad arrendersi con una ghigliottina...

Io ho una botta sulla tibia delle dimensioni di un'arancia... sento il sangue che ci pulsa dentro... TUTUM... TUTUM... TUTUM...
Ieri sera ero decisamente fuori forma, non ho praticamente combinato un cozza, ma ho evitato 2 o 3 sottomissioni praticamente sicure da SW...
