stasera 14'10" sul solito tragitto (e con un piede dolorante)...
ho limato altri 17 secondi per un miglioramento totale di un minuto e venti in 5 uscite :ferox

io sto pensando seriamente di farmi delle pere di cortisone sottopelle per uccidere questa panza malefica...non è possibile che con tutto l'allenamento che faccio non sparisca mannaggia a cristo...

stasera allenamento abbastanza soft e tecnico che domenica due dei miei hanno una gara...
a fine allenamento li ho portati fuori a pascolare e li ho sverniciati tutti :vik

è una bella manifestazione con atleti che vengono da tutto il mondo e con gare in diverse discipline. ci sono anche due miei allievi a gareggiare (io purtroppo sono bloccato dal lavoro e non potrò presenziare.. tiferò da lontano).

Il Muay Thai mi sta interessando parecchio, ma dato che nella palestra dove vado fanno lezioni di karate Kyokushinka (l'unica in sarfregna, pare) pensavo di fare quello, per evitare di andare da altre parti
Mia nonna ha sempre avuto un profondo rispetto per la comunità ebraica, mi diceva sempre "Tratta bene gli ebrei, se no ti tiri addosso le loro maledizioni da cazzi scappellati
