A release date, a trailer and a story about a bizarre story from Robert Trujillo in a wet-suit inside.

According to a posting on Blabbermouth, Eurogamer have announced that ‘Guitar Hero: Metallica’ has a US release date of March 29th while European gamers can expect the game in May.

The game will contain a full 28 Metallica songs as well as songs that have influenced the band such as Alice In Chains, Queen, Slayer and Mastodon. The trailer for Guitar Hero: Metallica can be viewed here.

Robert Trujillo has told Pulse of The Radio about the stop-motion process that the band had to go through for Guitar hero: Metallica, saying: “We’re basically in wetsuits, and you’ve got all these little tassels, what would be like tassels on your body, that helps trigger the image in the computer,” he said. “It’s like a performance in a wetsuit, so you’re very hot, you’re up there, you’re headbanging, you’re under the lights, but it’s a workout. You know, they usually want you to do a song, like, five times or more, so it’s a lot of work.”

Beh per l'uscita di Death Magnetic hanno rilasciato l'intero album sotto forma di traccie aggiuntive per guitar hero 3.

In ogni caso, su 28 brani loro dovrà pur esserci qualcosa di vecchio....
